New features available now:
- Streamlined user interface – Never lose your work with our new auto-save feature. Forms are now automatically saved when a form field is changed, eliminating the need to press the “Update” button.
- Easy navigation - Data Entry screens have been updated to include a new navigation menu, which allows users to quickly switch between participants/forms.
- Visual edit checks - Instant edit checking is now available right from the data entry screen. Individual fields that fail an edit check will by highlighted and linked to a pop-up window displaying the results of the edit check.
- Batch processing for multiple payers/forms - Batch processing options allow users to select multiple payers and payees to process at the same time. This eliminates the need to process all Payers individually. Our customers have the ability to generate specific payers and specific payees.
- Upload payee data - Upload files are now easier to create, and payees for multiple payers can be uploaded at the same time. Uploading data allows users to bypass the data entry screen.
- Upload payer EINS - This new upload tool allows users to populate payer information and bypass the data entry screen.
- Download payer data - All Payer data is available via a CSV download.
- IRS FIRE files - All 1099 users will be given the option to download a file formatted to the IRS FIRE filing specifications. This file can then be used to electronically file federal copies on the IRS FIRE website.
- Fed/State tax summary - Federal and state reports are provided in MS Word.
- 1099 Service Bureau –1099 fulfillment service will e-file federal and state copies and mail recipient copies on your behalf. Additional fees apply.
